I need my books urgently. Can I receive them sooner?

Most books marked Available are fulfilled within 6–9 working days, while the average fulfilment time is approximately 8 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This may vary due to supplier availability or other unforeseen circumstances.

As most of our books are specially imported upon order, we are unable to offer express processing or expedited shipping.

Planning Ahead

If you require your books for school, work, birthdays, or other important occasions, we strongly recommend placing your order 10–12 working days in advance to allow sufficient time for fulfilment and delivery.

Please Note:

The 6 working days estimate is the earliest possible timeframe and cannot be guaranteed.
To avoid disappointment, please allow up to 9 working days for fulfilment under normal circumstances.

How are my books packed?

We take great care to ensure every order arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Each order is carefully packed using protective materials, including:

Protective shrink wrapping to minimise the risk of water damage during transit.
Thick cushioning around your books to protect against knocks and impacts.
Secure packaging to help ensure your books arrive in the best possible condition.

Our packing process is designed to provide maximum protection from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Do you deliver internationally?

At the moment, BookBook.sg delivers within Singapore only.

We currently do not offer international shipping.
